It's my job to help you have a positive treatment experience & I LOVE IT!

I began my career as a Surgical Intensive Care Nurse and have been diligently caring for people for 24yrs; successfully bringing relief to patients that have anxiety and pain related to receiving intensive treatment and surgical care.

When I became a Nurse Anesthetist, I got to work with one patient at a time and help people find more individualized solutions to overcome anxiety and pain. That journey has led me to obtain my Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) and to own a successful business providing complete anesthesia care for any anesthetic needs in the RVA area.

As an Independent Nurse Anesthetist, I am able to stay connected to the RVA community of healthcare providers and work closely with both private medical practices and Richmond-area hospitals.

Meet My Team

Hi, I’m Amy Drake, CRNA

I grew up in an Air Force family and although I am a Native Texan, I’ve had the privilege of living all over the world! After joining the US Air Force myself, I retired as a Lieutenant Colonel with 22 years of service.

I received both my nursing and anesthesia education from Texas Christian University, in Ft Worth, and am an avid Horned Frog Fan!

Your comfort and safety before, during, and after your procedure are my top priority!

I am Nancy Stelling, CRNA

I am a Washington, DC native. After I graduated from nursing school in 1982, I received my advanced anesthesia education at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC in 1995.

While it has been my privilege to work as an adjunct professor in anesthesia in both South Carolina and Richmond, VA., as well as volunteer anesthesia work in the Navaho Nation (Arizona), Mozambique, Africa, and the Caribbean; my rich professional career has primarily been centered in hospital-based and outpatient settings in the Richmond area.

I look forward to helping you sleep well.

I’m an Air Force brat from Oklahoma City, OK – turned – Army wife.

I received a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central OK in 2000 and a B.S. in Multimedia Communications in 2010. It is my pleasure to help people navigate their technology.
